Меня устраивает такой уровень. Тем более есть с чем сравнивать. В свое время пришлось с несколькими компаниями иметь дело где с зп кидали периодически. Здесь ни разу не было не то что невыплаты а вообще задержки какой то.

Любая работа хорошая если она приносит доход. Пусть и устаешь на ней. Пусть и командировки постоянно и не всегда короткие но когда ты знаешь что получишь достойную зарплату за свои усилия то ты готов работать. В месяц у меня 190 к. Нигде столько не зарабатывал. Негабаритика что называется мой дом родной вот уже пять лет. За это время я стал частью команды водителей. С начальником нет споров недопониманий. Он у нас мужик молодец. За каждого в ответе. До 220 к мужики получают. Но правда стаж у них от 5 лет и более. Я собираюсь здесь оставаться. Авто на котором езжу очень гуд. Новое практически. Пробег небольшой. Топлива норм выдают. Только работай. Рейсы пока по России и СНГ у меня. Со временем и за границу поеду. Командировочные платят.

На сегодняшний момент стаж моей работы в компании Негабаритика составляет полтора года. Компания с большим автопарком. Предоставляет тебе и авто и работу постоянную. Сначала было некоторое волнение так как такие негабаритные грузы никогда раньше не перевозил. Переживал что не справлюсь.. Но в компании молодцы. Все это предусмотрели. Перед первым рейсом сначала обучения по перевозке негабаритных грузов. База у нас располагается в с.Ракитное. Есть своя парковка. Но если нет личного транспорта то добираться проблематично. Хотя на самом деле это такая мелочь по сравнению с теми плюсами что я здесь имею. Главное что зарабатываю прилично. Да еще и платят без задержек.

Работать в Негабаритика кайф для меня - посадили на хорошее авто, дали возможность получать зарплату от 150к. Главное - платят ежемесячно всю до копейки. Езжу по России. С начальником колонны хорошие отношения. Он мужик понимающий, сам из водил вырос, потом доработался до повышения. В рейс когда еду он сопровождает меня. Ну как - по телефону конечно. Круглые стуки на связи.

Начну с того, чтобы я хотела улучшит - это парковочный вопрос. У нас возле белгородского офиса вообще проблематично припарковать авто. Хотелось бы чтобы что-то придумали, а то времени много тратится на поиски места. Вот это единственный момент. Теперь, что нравится. Ну – это зарплата. Нас логистов не обижают в этом плане, как собственно и других сотрудников)) Официальная зарплата, своевременная и самое главное что не три копейки. Руководитель у нас очень такой энергичный. Предлагает нам проходить разные обучающие тренинги. И это здорово в принципе. Так как потом не боимся, что не пройдем очередное тестирование. Уже подготовлены.

Работаю логистом в компании Негабаритика. Взяли меня пять лет назад совсем молодым специалистом. Поднатаскали коллеги, да и тренинги специализированные, которые начальство оплачивает тоже пошли на пользу. Работу свою люблю. Получаю приличную зарплату. Единственное, что бывает ненормированный рабочий день, когда завал по работе. Но это я считаю бывает у каждого. Если надо остаться поработать, то никто не возмущается. Одно дело вместе делаем все-таки.
